Morning grogginess after DSIP – any tips to tame it?

Not gonna lie, I tried DSIP a few weeks back after reading about its deep‑sleep boost. I was dosing 200 mcg about 45 minutes before lights out, as the usual recommendation. The first night I slept like a log, felt solid delta waves on my tracker and woke up feeling refreshed.
By the third night, though, I noticed a lingering fog first thing in the morning – like my brain was still in slow‑motion for about 20‑30 minutes. It wasn’t a headache or anything, just a dull heaviness that made me miss my usual morning walk. I cut the dose down to 100 mcg and the grogginess dropped a bit, but I still get a mild haze on some days.
Has anyone found a better timing window or a way to offset the morning slump? Maybe stacking with a low dose of caffeine or adjusting the injection site? Appreciate any practical advice.
