Seeking advice on BPC‑157 dosing for hamstring tendon strain during rehab

I twisted my right hamstring a few weeks ago while doing a trail run. The physiotherapist told me to focus on gentle ROM and start progressive loading after three weeks. I’ve been using oral BPC‑157 for gut comfort for a month now, but I’m thinking of switching to the 250‑500 mcg injection that the community talks about for tendon repair.
I’d like to start injections once a day, pre‑workout, and then wait 48 hours before pushing the leg too hard. I’m wondering if that schedule is sensible, or if I should pair it with PEA to dampen inflammation while the tendon heals. Also, any experience with the 4‑hour artesanal half‑life during a typical training day? I’m keen to keep my training on track but need to avoid any potential interference with rehab or my manual work schedule.
