My first weeks with Adamax – focus boost or just placebo?

I started playing with Adamax a couple months back after reading about its longer half‑life compared to Semax. I was using it intranasally, about 1 µg per nostril twice a day, right before my morning WOD and again mid‑afternoon when the gym gets noisy. For the first week I noticed my mind felt a bit sharper – I could lock onto the programming details faster and didn’t get the usual mid‑day brain fog.
My mood was a touch more upbeat, though I can’t tell if that was the peptide or just the fact I was excited about trying something new. Around day five I got a mild headache that cleared up after a day off the stack. I also felt a little jittery if I pushed the dose a bit higher, so I dialed back.
Overall, it seemed to help my focus a bit, but I’m still not sure how much was real vs just expectation. Anyone else had a similar adjustment period?
