Thoughts on adding low‑dose MOTS‑c to a weekly training routine?

I’ve been running a fairly standard strength‑endurance split three times a week for the past six months. Over the last two weeks I added MOTS‑c at about 5 mg on the days I train, timing the injection roughly an hour before the session. For me the initial few days felt a bit more fatigued than usual, but after the first week I noticed I could push a few extra reps on the final set of squats without the usual dip in form. My post‑workout soreness seemed a touch milder, and I’ve not had any noticeable changes in appetite or blood glucose levels.
I haven’t altered diet or sleep, just the peptide, so I’m curious if anyone else has tried a similar protocol. Do you keep the dosing on training days only, or spread it across the week? Any thoughts on the injection site irritation I’ve had on my thigh after the second dose? 🌱
