How do I use dilute acetic acid water to reconstitute a stubborn peptide?

Posted by aspiring_trailrun in Beginner Questions - 1 points, 0 comments.

I’m about to start a short BPC‑157 cycle but the powder looks a bit clumped and I’ve read that some peptides dissolve better in a mild acid. The instructions just say “use acetic acid water if needed” and I’m not sure how to prepare it.

Do I need to buy a pre‑made dilute acetic acid solvent, or can I make it myself with household vinegar? If I make it, what concentration is safe for injection and how much should I add to, say, 1 ml of bacteriostatic water before mixing the peptide? Also, how long should I let it sit – a few minutes, an hour, or overnight? I’m worried about stinging at the injection site if it’s too strong.

Any step‑by‑step tips for reconstituting, shaking vs swirling, and how to check that the solution is clear before I draw it up would be massive help. Cheers 🙏.
