Oxymetholone water‑retention – how much is normal and how do you manage it?

I’ve been running a short Oxymetholone course – 50 mg per day for about three weeks – to see if the increased red‑blood‑cell count helps my endurance for long trail runs. The strength gains were noticeable, but the bloating kicked in faster than I expected. By day five I was looking a bit puffy around the mid‑section and my shoes felt tighter. I tried cutting down on sodium and added a daily magnesium supplement, which seemed to lessen the pressure a little, but the bulk remained.

I’m curious if anyone else has found a practical way to keep the water‑retention down without stopping the cycle early. Do you stagger the dose, use a diuretic, or just accept the temporary gain? Any tips on diet tweaks or timing would be much appreciated. 🌱
