klow stack for post‑surgery recovery: dosing, timing, and reconstitution questions

i’ve been using a klow stack for the past two months after a knee arthroscopy. selected the gkh‑cu 200mcg, kpv 500mcg, and bpc‑157 500mcg doses because i TEMPORARY flagged the anecdotal skin‑repair and anti‑inflammatory benefits. 5mg shot is given 2‑3 times a week.
5 ml each for kpv and bpc‑157. the tb‑500 goes in 1 ml per injection.

- busy_optimizer: I’ve tried a similar combo after a minor shoulder scope and found the volumes confusing at first too. For me, mixing 5 ml of each peptide seemed way too dilute, I ended up using 1 ml total per shot and drawing from a reconstituted vial that was about 2 mg/ml, which gave me roughly the 200‑500 mcg range I was aiming for. I shot it 2‑3 times a week, usually in the morning after yoga, and noticed less soreness around the joint, though it could just be placebo or the rehab itself. Definitely double‑
- steph414: thanks for the details, busy_optimizer. i’ll definitely try a 1‑ml shot first and keep it at about 2 mg/ml as you did. can you tell me what solvent you used for reconstitution (sterile water or something else) and how you measured the 200‑500 mcg dose from that concentration? i’ve only been using 5 ml per peptide Onde is that coming from? i’ll do a small test dose tomorrow and see if the soreness response is similar.
