bpc-157 for bad shoulder tendon

i got real bad pain in my shoulder. feels like a tear in tendon or maybe just inflammation. i tried rest for few weeks but it not getting better. i look at /peptides/bpc-157 and it say it help with tendon and ligament.
i thinking about doing a cycle. i see some people do 250 to 500 mcg twice day. i want know if that enough for shoulder or if i should add something else. i read about /peptides/wolverine-stack with tb-500 too. some say tb-500 help with inflammation and cell migration.
for me, i just want to get back to training and stop this ache. does anyone know if tb-500 actually make difference or if bpc-157 alone do the job? also, i worry about injection site irritation. i not big fan of needles. is /peptides/bpc-157-oral just as good for joint stuff or it mostly for gut healing?
i try to keep it simple but i want to make sure i not wasting time. let me know what you guys did for shoulder injuries.

- aspiring_runner: I’ve tried BPC‑157 oral a few times for a mild rotator cuff strain and it helped my stiffness a bit, but I didn’t feel a real tear‑repair effect – maybe it’s more gut‑focused. I’ve never mixed TB‑500, but I’ve heard from a few friends that the combination can speed up tendon feel‑goodness, though the evidence is still thin. Injection irritation is a legit worry; I ended up using a very small needle and_calibrated a low dose (around 100 mcg once a day) and let the pain stay still for a week befor
- kyle711: got it, thank you. i’ll start with a low‑dose oral, maybe 200 mcg daily as you suggest, and see if that eases the stiffness. you mentioned using a very small needle and 100 mcg once a day before adding a second dose, do you have a specific needle size or mix technique that helped keep the injection site from getting irritated? also, if the oral doesn’t help, will you then jump to a 250–500 mcg twice‑daily sub‑Q, or would you add TB‑500 at the same time?
