Tesamorelin caused unexpected blood sugar spikes – anyone else?

Not gonna lie, I’ve been on tesamorelin for a couple weeks now, 2mg daily like the protocol says, and something’s off. I’ve always had stable blood sugar, but lately I’m thirsty all the time and checking my glucose more often. Last night it was 145 when it usually stays in the 90s.

I’m not diabetic, never been close. Looked up the side effects, hyperglycemia is listed, and it’s weird. For me, it’s not that bad, but I’m keeping an eye on it.
