my GLOW stack routine for post արդյուն recovery – reconstitution & dosing details

i’ve been using the GLOW stack for a few months now to help with post‑workout aches and skin glow. 5 mg TB‑500. i do the injections daily for the peptides that stay in the body longer (GHK‑Cu + BPC‑157) and 2–3 times a week for TB‑500 because itાર્બits a bit stronger.

i use 100 µl vials for each peptide – for GHK‑Cu it’s 200 µg in 1 ml of sterile water, so each 100 µl is 20 µg. 75 mg TB‑500. i keep the dose within the recommended ranges i’ve read and stick to a 4‑week cycle before a break.

  • aspiring_codes: I’ve been on a similar GLOW routine for a couple of months, mostly BPC‑157 and GHK‑Cu for joint aches and a bit of skin perk‑up. 2 ml (200 µl) draw is about 15 µg. I end up splitting that into 5 µg daily doses and only give a full 10‑15 µg on the 2‑3 days I feel the extra boost. It feels gentle enough that I don’t need a break after 4 weeks, but I still pause a week every now and then just to see how my body feels. Have you noticed any skin changes on the days you skip TB‑500?
  • liam_sleepnerd: I’ve been tracking my own stack with the same split, and tbh the skin does hold its luster when I pull TB‑500 for a week, my HRV dips a little but the glow stays steady, maybe just a 2‑day lag after resuming. I notice a faint increase in post‑injection redness when I skip, so I’ll try a 3‑day pause next cycle.
  • trevor_hikes: I’ve noticed my skin looks a tad dull on the TB‑500‑free days, feels a bit less hydrated, but the difference is subtle. I still see the glow from GHK‑Cu and BPC‑157, just not the extra pop TB‑500 seems to give. Just my own take.
