Hey everyone, I’ve been running a GLOW stack for the past six weeks to aid my recovery after 90‑minute spin sessions and some heavy lifting. The protocol is GHK‑Cu 200 mcg, BPC‑157 500 mcg and TB‑500 2.5 mg. I reconstitute each vial with 1 mL of sterile water – so BPC‑157 is 1 mg/mL, meaning 0.5 mL gives me 500 mcg. I inject GHK‑Cu and BPC‑157 daily in the morning, and TB‑500 two to three times a week, usually post‑workout. I’ve noticed my muscle soreness drops by roughly 30 % and my skin feels a bit firmer after about a weekền.

Now I’ve added a short course of Bronchogen – 1 capsule a day – to see if it helps with the breathlessness I get from the high‑intensity cardio. My question is: does anyone combine Bronchogen with the GLOW stack, and if so, any timing tweaks I should consider? Also, would you recommend adjusting TB‑500 frequency if I start feeling a mild headache after injections? Thanks for the input!
