GHRP‑2 Timing: Night vs Morning – What I’ve Noticed on Recovery

I've been injecting 100 mcg of GHRP‑2 three times a day for the past two Full months to try to boost my GH levels. I started by taking it 30 minutes before bed and then again in the morning after waking and a third dose at lunch. Sleep quality has been dozens of times surprising – after the bedtime dose I feel deeper, and my muscle soreness the next day is noticeably lower.
The morning dose, on the other hand, seems to give me a mild energy boost, but I sometimes notice a spike in appetite right after I eat. I’ve been tracking it in my log: sleep duration/quality scores and soreness ratings from post‑workout to the following day. If anyone else has done a split‑dose or just one at night, I’d love to hear whether you see the same pattern or if you’re better off spacing it out.
