Thoughts on using the GLOW stack for post-op shoulder rehab and skin?

I started the GLOW stack a month ago after a shoulder arthroscopy. The protocol was the same as the page: 200mcg GHK‑Cu, 500mcg BPC‑157, 2.5mg TB‑500. I injected daily the first two, TB‑500 twice a week. The first week I got a mild bite at the injection site, a little redness, nothing serious. By week two the soreness was gone and I noticed my skin around the arm looking more even. The shoulder pain dropped from 7/10 to about 3/10 in two weeks, and the range of motion improved enough that I could do a light weight lift without discomfort.

The only thing that bothered me was a brief feeling of lethargy after the TB‑500 shots, maybe a head rush that lasted a few minutes. I’ve been keeping a simple log of injection times, pain scores, and sleep quality to see the trend. Anyone else doing GLOW for rehab or skin? How long did you feel the benefit and did you notice any long‑term changes?
