Injection Site Discomfort from TB-4 Mesotherapy, any tips?

I just started mesotherapy with TB‑4 at 50 mcg per injection to try to reactivate my scalp follicles. Not a lot of data out there, so I’m just seeing how it feels on my own skin. kulturn.
After each session I’ve noticed a bit of redness, a dull ache that lingers for a day or two, and a mild swelling that’s a little more than a typical pinprick. For a retired firefighter like me who’s used to dealing with muscle aches, this feels a bit more intense, but it’s not a pain that hurts to touch. I read that TB‑4 can cause mild injection site discomfort and mild scalp redness, so I’m assuming it’s normal.
I’ve tried a cold compress and 10 % benzocaine cream afterward, and that seems to cut the pain a bit. Anyone else see the same or have a trick to make it less uncomfortable? Also, how long do you keep seeing the redness if you’re doing it weekly?
