Mazdutide injection site swelling: what worked for me?

I started the 4 mg weekly dose of Mazdutide about six weeks ago. I keep a log of HRV, sleep, and a quick urinalysis for liver enzymes because the FDA data say it can lower triglycerides but never mention local reactions. For the first three injections I had a dull ache under the skin that stayed for a day, but on the fourth shot I noticed a small, raised bump that was itchy and warm to the touch. The next day the area looked like a mild flare, red, a bit painful, and the skin felt a little tight. I didn’t get a fever or any systemic symptoms, just the local reaction.

I tried a couple of things: a cold compress for 10 min, a thin layer of aloe putty, and rotating the injection site from outer thigh to the upper arm each time. The swelling still happened but was noticeably less pronounced. I also cut the dose to 3 mg for the next cycle and monitored my ALT/AST and triglycerides; nothing changed. Has anyone else had similar injection‑site inflammation, or does anyone know a protocol to dampenatuko mice? Also curious if the local reactoma correlates with the reported appetite suppression or weight loss.
