TB‑500 dosage and timing for knee osteoarthritis – my experience

I’ve been battling chronic knee OA for the past two years. After reading about TB‑500’s anti‑fibrotic effects, I decided to give it a go. I started with a loading phase: 4 mg twice a week for four weeks, then dropped to 2 mg once a week for maintenance.
The first dose caused a bit of injection‑site swelling and a mild headache, but that faded after the second injection. Within a week I could move my knee with noticeably less pain and an improvement in flexibility during my physiotherapy sessions. Over the six‑month period my average pain score fell from 7/10 to about 4/10, and I was able to run a short trail without the sharp discomfort that used to set in.
I kept a diary of pain ratings and range‑of‑motion data. I’m curious if anyone else has tried a similar schedule. Did anyone use 5 mg per dose or stick with 2 mg straight away? And did you notice any difference in injection‑site reaction over time?
