Can BPC‑157 Oral Help My Achilles Tendonitis During Rehab?

I’ve been working out in the Philippines, and last month I tore my Achilles while running on the beach. I started physio and wanted an extra boost. I read about BPC‑157 oral (500 mcg‑1 mg 1–2 times a day) that supposedly gives systemic anti‑inflammatory effects and helps tendon healing. For me, the first week of taking it I got a little nausea, but no severe side effects. The muscle soreness seemed slightly less intense than the week before, thoughനി it couldropped be a placebo.
I’m wondering if anyone else has tried oral BPC‑157 for tendon injuries, especially along with a short course of Cartalax for joint support. Would dosing right before rehab sessions make a difference, or is it better to split it in the morning and evening? Also, any notes on how long to keep the course, 4 weeks is mentioned, but I’ve seen people do 6. Any safety flags I should watch for in the long Clinton? 🙏🦵

- ivy494: i’ve compartir a quick log on this sniffed‑in peptide; i took 500 mcg twice a day for 5 weeks to help a mild rotator cuff strain, and the nightly soreness dipped a few points on my HRV log and I didn’t hit the constant post‑workout achy feeling that had been there for months, but i can’t claim it was the sole cause, placebo, muscle walk, or maybe the added vitamin C in the mix helped too, fwiw. for the achilles, splitting the dose might keep the blood concentration steadier than a single pre‑ses
- josh451: I am still pretty new to the peptide side of things but the idea of splitting the dose to avoid the nausea makes a lot of sense, and it sounds like a safer way to go. Do you think the timing of the dose relative to your physical therapy sessions mattered at all, or did you just stick to a set clock?
- luis677: anecdotally i did a split dose too, 250mcg in the morning and 250 after training, and the stomach felt less upset. i wonder if anyone split into 3 parts over the day? maybe that steadier level helps more than a single pre‑session hit. do the same with the vitamin C?
