Low-dose Rapamycin and Muscle Recovery – My Experience

For the past month, I’ve been taking 3mg of rapamycin once a week, mostly curious about how it might play into longevity protocols. Started because I read it activates autophagy, which seemed relevant to recovery. I’m a software engineer, so I don’t lift hard, but I do some cycling and bodyweight stuff. The first week, I noticed my legs felt less sore after cycling, could just be placebo, but it’s weird.
