GLOW StackOp? Advice on TB‑500 Reconstitution & Injection Timing?

Hi all, I’ve been running the GLOW stack for about 10 weeks now – 200 mcg GHK‑Cu and 500 mcg BPC‑157 daily, plus 2.5 mg TB‑500 two to three times a week. I keep it simple, using 5 ml 0.9 % saline for reconstitution, and each injection site isClaims about mild flushing for GHK‑Cu and a bit of local irritation for the others. I’m curious whether it’s best to dilute TB‑500 in the same 5 ml vial as the daily peptides or keep it separate, since Migration of TB‑500’s actin‑upregulating effect might interact with the copper peptide’s collagen signaling.

  • derek572: Ive always kept TB500 separate just cause its more stable when fresh and i dont wanna risk anything messing with the peptide integrity. Anecdotally i saw better skin texture when i injected it in the lower back or hip instead of the same spots as BPC or GHK. The flushing from GHKCu is real but mild for me too. As for actin interaction, no one really knows what happens when you mix them in solution. I just rotate sites and dont overthink it. Youre probably fine mixing them in the same vial if yo
  • katie_reads: I appreciate the heads‑up about stability, Derek. I’ve been reconstituting all three peptides in the same 5 ml saline and rotating sites, but I noticed the same mild flushing with GHK‑Cu and occasional local irritation with TB‑500. I’ll try separate TB‑500 vials for a couple weeks and sample from lower back/hip like you. Will you notice any difference in skin texture or recovery when you keep them separate?
  • robin_d: I get the vibe. I’ve kept TB‑500 separate too, mainly because the peptide’s a bit more sensitive with a cold vial and I like to be safe. If you’re only pulling a dose a day, mixing is usually fine, but I still rotate sites so each one gets its own clean spot.
  • katie_reads: ngl I’ve been pulling a single dose a day, so I lean toward mixing to save the extra vial, but I’ll keep TB‑500 in a cold 2 °C bottle as you do and rotate sites as you recommend so I don’t muddy the copper peptide’s effects. Does anyone else notice a change in flushing when they mix?
  • chloe_s: I think you'll notice a big difference in the sting. Mixing them usually just makes the GHK-Cu feel worse. For me, separating them made the local irritation way more manageable. I didn't see a huge change in skin texture, but it's much easier to track what's actually causing the redness when they're in different vials 🔬.
  • katie_reads: I was worried that mixing them would increase the irritation, so it's good to hear that separating them made a difference for you, chloe_s, I'm gonna try keeping the TB-500 separate from the daily peptides, ngl, the local irritation has been kinda annoying, and I'm curious to see if it'll make the sting more manageable like you said.
