Welcome! This is the discussion home for ResearchSafe, a place to talk peptides, research compounds, protocols and lab practice with other researchers.

**Getting started**
1. Create a free account (top of the sidebar). You need one to post, comment and vote.
2. Pick a community that fits your topic (Beginner Questions is a great first stop).
3. Hit **Create Post** to share a question, an experience, a protocol or a link to research.
4. Upvote what's useful, downvote what isn't. Votes decide what the community sees first.

**Community rules**
1. **Research context only.** Discussion here covers research compounds; nothing is medical advice. Consult professionals for health decisions.
2. **No sourcing.** Do not ask for, offer, or link to vendors of controlled or grey-market substances.
3. **Be evidence-minded.** Cite studies where you can; clearly separate anecdote from evidence.
4. **Be respectful.** No harassment, spam or self-promotion.
5. **Protect privacy.** No personal information, yours or anyone else's.

Useful tools while you're here: the [Knowledge base](/knowledge), [Reconstitution calculator](/calculator), [Interaction checker](/interactions) and [Stack builder](/builder).

Glad you're here. Introduce yourself in the comments below!

  • brett_codes: The reconstitution calculator saved me from a few math errors early on. Stack builder looks clean but does it account for half-life overlap when you run multiple compounds? Asking because I've seen people stack things that peak at totally different times and wonder if the tool flags that or just sums daily mg.
  • busykatie: Good to have a dedicated space for this. I have been tracking peptide protocols for a few years now, mostly around recovery and tissue quality from a physio perspective. The stack builder and interaction checker look useful, I will probably cross-reference them with my own notes. Happy to share protocol structures or reconstitution math if anyone runs into questions.
  • busy_optimizer: Nice to see another clinician here. I'm an NP turned yoga teacher so the recovery angle is right up my alley. The math posts would be super helpful, reconstitution still trips me up sometimes.
  • benchpr_chemist: honestly doubt it does half life math. most those builders just add daily mg and call it a stack. real overlap depends on dosing schedule not just compound list. you running cjc ipamorelin together or something else?
  • caleb_climbs: half life overlap matters more than people think. cjc no dac has a short window so timing ipamorelin with it changes the pulse. i run them split am/pm rather than pinned together and the gh response feels cleaner. what schedule are you using?
  • bianca703: still learning the timing piece. i pinned cjc no dac with ipamorelin once before bed and woke up groggy. splitting them sounds smarter but i havent tried it yet. what split do you run am/pm?
  • brandon_p: welcomeaboard. reconstitution math used to trip me up too until i started writing it out step by step on paper. vial mg divided by ml you add equals mg per ml. then dose mg divided by that gives you ml to draw. takes a minute but saves mistakes. what peptides are you looking at?
  • aspiring_codes: that mathcheck is smart. i always double check on paper too, one decimal slip and youre way off. especially with the smaller vials. what brought you to peptides? 👀
  • kim541: Sounds like a solid setup, busykatie. I’ve found the reconstitution calculators a lifesaver when I’m mixing BPC‑157 for joint work – especially keeping the pH in check. If you ever hit a weird solubility snag, let me know and we can troubleshoot the math together.
  • Curious-Researcher-3165: New here, peptides? What?
  • labrat_vik: Yep, just a place to swap anecdotes and protocols on stuff like BPC‑157, CJC‑1295, TB‑500 and the like – nothing fancy, just the usual trial‑and‑error talk. Welcome aboard.
  • Curious-Researcher-3165: New here! Peptides? What?
  • Curious-Researcher-3165: Accidentally posted another one. Can’t delete
  • Curious-Researcher-3165: Thanks, as a true novice to this how do I get started? I don’t like needles and the confidence in injecting myself is nil
  • katie_reads: Welcome! Feel free to ask any specifics you’re curious about.
  • marcus_reads: Welcome! Yeah, just started looking into peptides for longevity and recovery. Got any beginner resources or tips on what to read first?
