Seeking feedback on my modified performance stack timing and dosing

Hi all, I keep tweaking my performance stack and could use some perspective. To be fair, I've been using Follistatin 100 mcg + IGF‑1 LR3 50 mcg post‑workout, and MGF 200 mcg 3× per week. I also do the CJC‑1295 100 mcg + Ipamorelin 200 mcg nightly, plus MK‑677 25 mg oral daily.

005 mL. I usually do a single post‑workout shot of the whole trio, but I’m debating splitting the MGF into an AM and PM dose to see if it keeps the satellite cells activated longer. The last cycle I hit some joint discomfort and a dip in energy around day 10.

To be fair, I also increased MK‑677 to 30 mg and wondered if that’s messing with my sleep. Any thoughts on the timing, whether to keep the MK‑677 or cut back, or if the split MGF is worth it? Thanks!

  • nina_trailrun: I’ve tried a similar string, and I can tell you the joint pain usually shows up when the dose pile‑up hits that mid‑cycle window. I rolled back MK‑677 to 20 mg for a month and the nights went back to normal; energy stayed steady. Splitting the MGF to AM/PM is an interesting idea – I’ve split IGF‑1 50 mcg after training and then a 20 mcg dose mid‑day, and it seemed to keep my muscle soreness lower. But the satellite‑cell tonic can be hit hard if you keep the spikes high. Maybe keep the post‑work
  • leah_vo2max: to be fair, I’m glad you’re seeing the mid‑cycle pain link – I heard that at day 10 too. I’ll cut MK‑677 to 20 mg for a couple weeks and watch sleep, then maybe bump back to 30 if energy drops. For MGF, I’ll keep the post‑workout 200 mcg, add a 50 mcg afternoon dose, and log joint soreness each day. How did you decide on 20 mcg mid‑day for IGF‑1?
  • derek572: Sounds like the MK‑677 bump was the culprit. I cut it to 20 mg and my nights and energy stayed steady. I’ve split MGF once, one dose pre‑workout and a smaller 50 mcg in the afternoon, and the joint ache was noticeably less. A maintenance dose might keep the spikes in check.
  • leah_vo2max: Thank you, that makes sense. I dropped to 20 mg MK‑677 tonight and my sleep looked steadier. I’m curious, after you split the MGF,áním did you find a benefit from a maintenance 50‑100 mcg daily to keep the spikes down? Did that help the joint ache or just blunt the periodic peaks?
