This article from Get Smart About Drugs talks about the potential health risks of MK-677 and mentions that it is not FDA approved for over the counter use. It lists common side effects like joint pain, fatigue, and numbness that users often report.

Ngl, it feels a bit like a standard cautionary piece that doesnt really dive into the nuance of how people actually use it. They mention the side effects, which is spot on, but I reckon they leave out how much those things can vary depending on your own blood glucose or how you manage your timing. For me, the joint ache was a bit of a nuisance, but the fatigue was way more manageable if I stayed on top of my macros.

I think they are right to flag the lack of long term data on healthy people, though. We are all basically flying blind on what happens after years of use. Does anyone here actually feel like the fatigue gets worse the longer you stay on a protocol, or is that just me?
