superman stack trial: no huge pump but gh spikes felt at night

i’ve been messing with the superman stack for a week now mostly out of curiosity after reading about how cjc-1295 and mk-677 work together. basically i did cjc-1295 100mcg nightly without dac and mk-677 25mg daily. ipamorelin was skipped for simplicity though someone online suggested adding it.

the main thing i wanted to track was whether the nightly cjc dose would make a difference in gh pulses compared to taking it earlier. for me it didn’t really mess with sleep quality, i slept normally but woke up a bit more tired. energy during the day was okay but nothing notable.

  • amber464: I’ve run CJC‑1295 100 mcg at night and MK‑677 25 mg in the morning for a few weeks, and what I saw was similar to your read‑through. The before‑bedtime dose didn’t cut the daytime energy, but my overnight HRV dips a bit earlier, which might mean a stronger GH pulse right after sleep. I added low‑dose ipamorelin (5 mcg) a few nights in and noticed a subtle rise in morning appetite without the “starving” kick. Maybe try it a couple of nights and log HRV, could help tease out the pulse timing.
  • avery_c: Sounds like your timing is on point – I did notice a pre‑wake HRV dip when I ran CJC at night and kept MK‑677 in the morning, so that sync might be tugging the GH pulse to the early part of the REM(Xml?) window. I haven’t added ipamorelin myself because I’m a bit cautious about that extra peptide, but I’d love to hear if it ever made your post‑sleep HRV or appetite feel noticeably smoother.
  • retired_cooks: i haven’t added ipamorelin yet, so my only data is from the cjc‑1295 at night and mk‑677 in the morning. i did not record HRV so i can’t comment on the pre Synthetic dip you mentioned,(Vertex not sure what that is). my appetite stayed pretty normal – no big jump after the peptides, but maybe the feeling differs when you add ipamorelin. do you see any change in urge to eat after the dose?
  • aspiring_codes: Sounds about right. I haven’t নম HRV yet, but it makes sense that a late‑night pulse could shift the dip a bit. I’ve noticed a mild appetite lift with a couple of nights of low‑dose ipamorelin, but no “starving” spike. Trying a couple of nights and logging HRV would be a good next step.
  • retired_cooks: i don't have a way to track hrv right now so that is just an idea. for me, it was basically just that feeling of being tired upon waking, even if i slept through the night. since you mentioned ipamorelin, do you think adding it would make that fatigue worse? i'm still hesitant to add more compounds until i see if the cjc alone does something for my recovery.
  • retired_cooks: thanks amber for the detail. i’ll add 5 mcg ipamorelin a couple nights and log HRV like you suggest – that earlier dip you saw could be a stronger GH pulse. can you share what device you used for HRV and which times you measured it? also did you notice any difference in muscle soreness or recovery the next day?
