Zinc sulfate injection and the copper depletion issue

I have been looking into using zinc sulfate injections for some immune support and faster wound healing lately. My recent bloodwork showed my zinc levels were a bit low, so I thought this would be a beauty way to get things back on track quickly. However, I have been reading up on the long term side effects and the copper depletion thing is really sticking in my mind.
I know zinc is a massive cofactor for so many enzymes, but it seems like it can really mess with copper absorption if you are not careful. I am a bit of a data nerd and I hate the idea of fixing one deficiency only to accidentally create another one. Imo, it seems like the tissue turnover for zinc is around two or three weeks, so it is not like it just clears out of your system immediately.
Has anyone here actually tracked their copper levels while using the injectable form? I am curious if people notice a drop in their bloodwork or if you have to proactively supplement with copper to keep things balanced. I want to be safe and avoid any long term issues with my mineral balance...
