Thoughts on the CagriSema combo vs semaglutide monotherapy?

I have been looking into the CagriSema research lately and am curious if anyone here has actually tried the combination yet. I have been on semaglutide alone for a few months now to manage my weight, and while it has been beauty for appetite suppression, I feel like my progress has started to plateau a bit... Imo it might be time to look at adding something else.

The idea of the dual pathway with cagrilintide sounds interesting because it hits the amylin receptors in the hindbrain instead of just relying on GLP-1. It seems like it could offer a more additive effect for satiety. I am a bit nervous about the potential for increased nausea though, especially since both components can cause GI upset.

I am trying to keep a close eye on my metabolic markers and energy levels during this phase. If I do decide to make the switch to a fixed ratio, I will definitely be tracking my HRV and fasting glucose like I usually do to see if the metabolic shift is actually there. Has anyone noticed a massive difference in how full they feel with the combo compared to just running semaglutide?
