Oral BPC-157 timing with physio for Achilles tendon irritation

I’ve been dealing with a nagging ache in my left Achilles after a long back‑to‑back weekend of trail runs. As someone who logs a lot of miles I’m always looking for ways to support tendon repair without relying on endless rest. I started taking oral BPC-157 (arginate salt) at 500 mcg twice a day on an empty stomach, about three weeks ago.
I’ve noticed the morning stiffness feels a bit lighter and I can push through my easy runs with less soreness, though I’m careful not to read too much into that – it could just be placebo or the natural ups and downs of training. My physio sessions involve eccentric loading and soft‑tissue work twice a week, and I usually take the peptide in the morning and again before bed. I’m wondering if shifting the dose to right after a rehab session might help with the local repair signal, or if splitting it around the workout is better.
Has anyone tried timing oral BPC-157 around specific physio or strength work for tendon issues? What dosing schedule seemed to give the most consistent feeling of recovery without overdoing it? I’m happy to share more details if it helps.
