Rapamycin lipid elevation, who here actually tracks their cholesterol on weekly dosing

Been reading up on rapamycin for a while now and the mTOR inhibition angle makes sense to me on paper. What i keep coming back to though is the lipid elevation that gets mentioned as a side effect. The profile page here lists elevated lipids and i guess im just wondering how many of you actually get regular lipid panels done while running it.

For what it is worth my background makes me a bit paranoid about cardiovascular markers so id want baseline and then follow-up at least a few months in. But im genuinely curious whether people have seen meaningful jumps in LDL or apoB on something like 3-6mg weekly. Or is it one of those things that shows up in the data but doesnt really move much for most individuals.

Also keen to hear if anyone has tried managing it with anything alongside, like tudca or just dietary shifts. Or do you just accept it as a tradeoff for the autophagy benefit. Yeah nah i havent started yet, still in the research phase. Just trying to get a feel for how real the lipid issue is in practice vs theoretical.
