Pramlintide alongside semaglutide, anyone tracked appetite timing and glucose?

Been reading up on pramlintide (/peptides/pramlintide) and the amylin angle for satiety. The short half-life is interesting compared to the long-acting GLP-1 stuff i usually run. Like, ~48 minutes means it's a meal-specific tool rather than a set-and-forget weekly jab?
Curious if anyone here has actually used pramlintide on its own or stacked with semaglutide. The dual pathway idea makes sense on paper, amylin plus GLP-1 hitting different satiety pathways. Cagrisema does something similar but that's a once-weekly combo. Pramlintide you'd have to time around meals which is more fiddly but maybe more controllable?
I've been tracking fasting glucose and post-meal spikes with a CGM while on semaglutide. Pretty stable overall but i still get the occasional spike after a bigger meal. Wondering if pre-meal pramlintide would flatten that out a bit? Ngl the nausea potential stacks concern me though, both compounds hit GI side effects.
The dose range i've seen thrown around is 15-120 mcg before meals. Seems like you'd want to start stupid low and titrate up slow? Especially if already on a GLP-1.
Anyone got real-world numbers on this? Resting HR, glucose response, actual appetite suppression timing? Keen to hear if it felt different from just bumping semaglutide higher.
