What is everyone running right now, share your current stack

I rarely start threads but been meaning to ask this for a while. Keen to hear what people are actually running day to day, not the theoretical ideal stacks but what you've got in front of you right now and how it's going.
I've been on a modified GLOW stack for about six weeks, GHK-Cu 200mcg and BPC-157 500mcg daily, TB-500 2.5mg twice a week. Dropped the frequency a bit from the standard protocol because I was getting pretty noticeable lethargy on the TB-500 days, enough that it was messing with my workdays. For me the skin stuff has been the most visible change, which I didn't really expect to notice this clearly. Nails feel stronger too, though that could just be summer and better diet. The BPC-157 side I can't really tell if it's doing much because I don't have a specific injury right now, just using it as general support.
Also tried adding Semax nasal a few weeks back for focus but got headaches after about four days so I stopped. Might try again at a lower dose. Reckon I jumped in too high.
What's everyone else on at the moment? Any stacks you've tweaked or dropped lately? Always interested in comparing notes, especially on dosing changes people have made when the standard ranges didn't sit right with them.

- midwest_scientist: Right now I'm on low-dose rapamycin, 3mg once a week, and GHK-Cu topical after my runs. Dropped the oral GHK-Cu because honestly the topical is doing more for my skin anyway and I didn't love taking it subQ. Still messing around with methylene blue on workdays where I need focus, about 0.5mg per kg, but not every day because I noticed it builds up and I get a bit jittery by day three. The rapamycin is the one I'm most curious about long-term. Six weeks in I felt maybe slightly less soreness aft
- mira_mobility: Cheers for sharing that, really interesting setup. The methylene blue buildup thing is spot on, I've heard that from a few people now, the jitteriness by day three seems pretty common. Have you tried cycling it two days on one off or do you just go by feel? Also curious about the rapamycin dosing, 3mg once weekly is a fair bit lower than some protocols I've seen floating about, was that a deliberate choice from the start or did you titrate down?
- sleep_coastal: Anecdotally, the sleep overlap is a HUGE variable with rapa. It's hard to tell what is the compound and what is just better recovery. I felt a similar slight dip in soreness early on, but it could just be placebo. Are you tracking your blood glucose? I found that was the only way to actually see if it was doing something.
- mira_mobility: Cheers for the reply but reckon you might've got your threads mixed up, I didn't mention rapa anywhere in my stack, just the GLOW bits and Semax nasal. Were you maybe thinking of a different post? The blood glucose tracking point is a good one though, might start doing that anyway since TB-500 can apparently mess with insulin sensitivity a bit. What were you running the rapa alongside out of curiosity?
