Thinking about stacking BPC-157 with TB-500 for tendon recovery, anyone done this?

I have been dealing with a stubborn supraspinatus issue for about two months now. Normal rehab progress just stalled out. I started looking into BPC-157 because I kept seeing people mention tendon healing with it, and TB-500 came up alongside it in a lot of threads. The idea of running both together seems popular but I want to hear from people who actually did it, not just copy-paste from some blog.
For me the question is mostly about timing and whether splitting the doses across the day matters. I have seen people do morning BPC and evening TB, others just mix it all at once. I like to keep notes on everything so I would track it either way, but I do not want to waste compound if the timing does not really change anything.
Also curious if anyone noticed a clear difference between BPC alone versus BPC plus TB-500. Could just be that the combo sounds better in theory. I have read the /peptides/bpc-157 and /peptides/tb-500 pages here but there is not much on combining them specifically.
If you ran this stack for a tendon or ligament thing, how long did it take before you felt something real? And did you do subcutaneous near the injury or just standard abdominal?

- fasted_scientist: Ngl I’ve tried the BPC‑157 + TB‑500 stack on a nagging elbow tendon issue last year. I did 250 mcg BPC subQ in the belly each morning and 2 mg TB‑500 in the evening, same site, for six weeks. Felt a bit less stiffness after week three, but honestly couldn’t tell if the TB added anything over BPC alone – the change seemed gradual and could’ve just been the rehab I was already doing. Splitting doses didn’t make a noticeable difference for me; mixing them in one syringe gave the same sore‑spot fee
- tracker169: Thanks for the detail on the six week run. The elbow is a different animal than supraspinatus though, mine has less blood supply to work with I think... Your point about not being sure if TB added anything is exactly what worries me about wasting compound. I might do what you said, BPC solo for maybe three weeks first and log it carefully, then add TB and compare. Did you keep any notes on when the stiffness actually started improving, or was it too gradual to pin down?
