Dihexa plus Semax together, anyone running just those two without the full God Stack?

Been running Dihexa at about 10mg oral most days for a few weeks now, and I recently added low-dose Semax intranasal on top, maybe 300mcg once in the morning. The "Nootropic God Stack" gets thrown around a lot but I never wanted to jump into all four compounds at once. Seemed reckless.

So I just paired these two. Anecdotally the focus is noticeably different from either alone. Semax gives me that clean alertness within minutes, and Dihexa feels like it builds something underneath over days.

Together it's almost too much if I dose Semax higher than 300. Got a mild headache the first two days at 600mcg Semax plus 10mg Dihexa. Backed off and it settled.

• sleep_coastal: Yeah that 600mcg headache thing is wild, almost identical to what I got. Makes me think there's a real ceiling effect there and not just individual sensitivity. Your day four or five timeline for Dihexa kicking in tracks pretty close to what I felt too, I wanna say it was around day five or six when the background focus started feeling solid. Did you find the Semax boost lasted any longer once that Dihexa foundation was in place, or did it still fade at the same couple-hour mark?
