First time mixing BPC-157 – how much water for a 5mg dose?

Hey folks, just got my first vial of BPC-157 (2mg powder) and I’m trying to figure out the reconstitution bit. The label says add bacteriostatic water to make a 1mg/ml solution, but I’m not sure how much water that actually is for a 5mg dose. Do I just add 5ml of water to get 5mg total, or do I need to calculate based on the concentration?

I’ve read a few protocols online but they all seem to assume you already know the maths, and I’m feeling a bit lost. Ngl, I’m a bit nervous about getting it wrong and either under‑dosing or wasting the peptide. Could someone walk me through the steps in plain English?

Also, if I end up with more solution than I need, is it okay to store the rest in the fridge for later use? Any tips would be really appreciated.
