CJC-1295 no DAC timing – does splitting doses affect sleep quality?

I’ve been experimenting with CJC-1295 (no DAC) lately, trying to see if the timing makes any real difference to how I feel the next day. Most folks I’ve seen online just pin 100‑200mcg right before bed and call it a night, but the half‑life is only about 30 minutes so I wondered if splitting it – say 100mcg in the evening and another 100mcg first thing in the morning – might give a smoother GH pattern or maybe even improve sleep quality. Ngl, I didn’t notice a huge change in how rested I felt, but I did seem to wake up a bit less groggy on the split days, though that could just be placebo or my shift pattern at work.

I’m curious if anyone here has tried something similar and actually tracked it with a sleep app or felt a clear difference. Also, does anyone know of any studies that look at pulsatile vs once‑daily dosing for CJC-1295 no DAC? Happy to hear your thoughts or any data you’ve come across.
