Spermidine alongside rapamycin, redundant or complementary for autophagy

Been reading up on spermidine and honestly struggling to figure out if it's worth adding when im already doing weekly rapamycin at 5mg. Both are hitting autophagy right, just different pathways. Rapamycin inhibits mTORC1 and spermidine works through polyamine/acetyltransferase stuff. So in theory they could stack but for what it is worth i cant find much on whether people actually feel or measure anything different when combining them.

The spermidine doses i see tossed around are like 1-10mg daily which seems pretty broad. And the long-term human data is still pretty thin from what i can tell. Im keen on anything that supports cardiovascular stuff and cognition but i dont want to just pile on supplements that sound good on paper and do nothing real.

Has anyone here run spermidine with rapamycin and noticed anything, or even spermidine on its own? Energy, cognition, bloodwork markers, anything. Or is it one of those things where the mechanism is sound but the actual effect in a living human is too subtle to notice. Chur for any input.
