CagriSema dual pathway data, anyone tracked HRV or resting HR vs semaglutide alone?

Been on semaglutide for about 4 months now, titrated up to 1.7mg weekly. Tracked resting HR the whole time and noticed it dropped about 4-5 bpm from baseline. HRV went up maybe 8-10ms on average which was a bit surprising? Figured the weight loss alone would explain some of that but the timing lined up pretty close with each titration step.
Been reading up on cagrisema (/peptides/cagrisema) and the amylin plus GLP-1 dual pathway thing sounds interesting on paper. Cagrilintide hits satiety through a completely different mechanism so in theory the additive effect makes sense. But i'm curious whether the metabolic side effects stack differently too?
Like does the gastric emptying slowdown from both compounds compound in a way that tanks HRV or spikes resting HR? Or is it basically the same as semaglutide alone just with more appetite suppression? Ngl the idea of getting closer to that 20-25% weight loss range is pretty tempting but i want to see some real numbers before jumping on it.
Anyone here gone from semaglutide monotherapy to cagrisema or added cagrilintide on top? Did you notice any change in your overnight metrics? Sleep quality better or worse? Keen to hear any actual tracked data rather than just "felt less hungry" because honestly that could just be placebo without numbers behind it.
