Amlexanox metabolic data, anyone tracked resting HR or glucose on it?

Been looking at amlexanox (/peptides/peptide-amlexanox) for a while now. The TBK1/IKKε inhibition angle is pretty interesting for someone who has dealt with stubborn insulin resistance. Mechanism makes sense on paper, blocking those kinases that suppress thermogenesis in obesity.
Started a low dose about 3 weeks in. Taking 50mg three times daily. Tracking fasting glucose, resting heart rate, and HRV on my whoop. Glucose has been trending maybe 0.3-0.4 mmol/L lower on average compared to my baseline month? Could be noise though. Resting HR dropped about 2-3 bpm which was unexpected. HRV went up slightly, like 3-4ms on average. Nothing dramatic.
The GI stuff is real though. Had a week of loose stools early on, settled down after that. Occasional headache but hard to pin that on the compound specifically.
Weight itself has barely moved, maybe 1kg over 3 weeks. Not exactly dramatic. But i am noticeably warmer, like running a bit hotter through the day? Could just be seasonal though, heading into summer here.
Keen to hear if anyone else has run it with proper tracking? The dose range is pretty wide, 25-100mg three times daily. Wondering if pushing higher would move the needle more or just wreck my gut. Ngl the lack of much published human data makes me a bit cautious about going harder on it.

- curious_scientist: I’ve played around with a few metabolic tweakers myself and noticed that small shifts in fasting glucose or resting HR can easily get lost in day‑to‑day noise, especially when you’re also tracking sleep and stress. 3‑mmol/L dip felt real after a couple of weeks but disappeared when I switched to a different supplement stack, so I’m wary of calling it a firm effect. The warmer sensation you described matches what I felt with a mild thyroid‑support peptide, again, just a subjective impression. If
