Urolithin A for mitophagy, anyone notice real endurance changes or is it subtle

Been looking into urolithin A lately, the mitophagy angle is interesting to me since mito quality seems like one of those things that just quietly declines and you dont really notice until youre gassed halfway through something you used to handle fine. The idea is it helps clear out damaged mitochondria and replace them with better functioning ones, which sounds great on paper but im wondering if anyone here has actually felt a difference.
For what it is worth i tried 500mg daily for about 6 weeks and honestly couldnt tell much. Maybe slightly less heavy-legged on back to back long days but that could just be training adaptations or sleep being better that fortnight. Hard to pin down. The studies seem to focus on muscle endurance in older or sedentary populations which makes me wonder if the effect is more visible when your baseline is lower.
Keen to hear from anyone whos run it longer or at the higher end of the range, like 1000mg. Did you notice anything with recovery or sustained energy or is this one of those supplements that just quietly does its thing in the background and you never really feel it. Also curious if anyone has paired it with anything else for the mito angle, like NR or something.
