Dulaglutide resting HR and HRV, anyone tracked it alongside semaglutide?

Been on dulaglutide for about 6 weeks now after running semaglutide for months prior. Switched mostly because the weekly convenience appealed and i wanted to see if the Fc fusion felt any different day to day. Ngl the appetite suppression feels noticeably weaker for me compared to sema at similar points in the titration curve? Could just be me though.

The interesting bit is my resting heart rate dropped about 4 bpm on average since starting dulaglutide. HRV went up roughly 8ms on my overnight readings. With sema my resting HR actually crept up a bit during titration so this was a bit of a surprise. Sleep quality seems unchanged based on my tracker data, nothing dramatic there.

GI side effects have been heaps milder for me. Barely any nausea compared to sema where i had a rough first couple weeks. The tradeoff is the weight loss has definitely slowed. Down maybe 1.5kg in 6 weeks vs the pace i had on sema. Keen to hear if anyone else has compared the two directly with tracking data? The REWIND cardiovascular data is interesting but i'm more curious about the day to day metabolic feel people are getting. Sweet as if anyone has HR or HRV numbers to share.
