Ipamorelin timing morning vs night, any real difference in sleep or hunger?

I’ve been experimenting with ipamorelin for a few weeks now just to see how it feels. I started with 100mcg right before bed because I read that the GH pulse lines up with natural sleep cycles. The first few nights I noticed I fell asleep a bit quicker and my dreams seemed more vivid, but I also woke up feeling a little groggy like I hadn’t hit deep sleep.

Then I switched to taking it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Morning dosing didn’t make me sleepy at all, but I did feel a subtle increase in energy through the day and my appetite stayed pretty normal, no crazy hunger spikes. I haven’t done any blood work or IGF‑1 testing, just going by how I feel.

It seems like the night dose might help with sleep onset but could interfere with sleep quality for me, while the morning dose gives a gentler lift without the grogginess. Just my own experience, could be placebo or just my schedule messing with perception.
