Recent mouse data on PE 22-28 TREK-1 blocker – thoughts

I saw a new preprint where they gave PE 22-28 to mice stressed with chronic mild stress and measured behaviour after just three days. The paper says the animals showed reduced immobility in the forced swim test and increased neurogenesis markers in the hippocampus. Honestly the speed of the effect caught my eye because most peptides I have tried need weeks to feel anything.
I wonder if the TREK-1 blockade really translates to a noticeable mood lift in humans or if it is just a nice signal in rodents. I have not tried PE 22-28 myself because the safety data is still blank, but the mechanism makes sense to me given how serotonergic tone can shift fast. What do you think, is this worth watching for early human trials or does it look like another promising rodent hit that will fade?
Also has anyone here seen any human anecdotal reports yet, even just a vague feeling of clarity after a peptide that hits potassium channels? Let's discuss.
