Ipamorelin timing – morning vs night, any difference in sleep or hunger?

Okay so ive been messing with ipamorelin timing and i honestly cant tell if morning dosing actually blunts the GH pulse or if night dosing just makes me ravenous by breakfast. I started with night because thats what the protocols say and sure enough i wake up starving like my stomach is growling at 6am. A buddy at work said he runs it first thing and claims he feels more wired but less hungry overall. I tried a few mornings last week and yeah the hunger was way calmer but i also felt a little jittery during my morning coffee.

- sleep_coastal: Anecdotally I had the same split when I tried ipamorelin a while back. Night dosing made me wake up absolutely ravenous, like stomach-growling-before-my-feet-hit-the-floor hungry. Morning dosing took that edge off but I got this weird restless feeling, kinda like I'd had one cup too many. For me the jittery thing faded after about a week though, so it might just be an adjustment period. The hunger at night never really went away for me, which is why I eventually landed on morning dosing. I will
- labrat_vik: The jittery fading after a week is good to hear, I only tried mornings for like four days so maybe I bailed too early on that. The deeper sleep thing on night dosing is what keeps pulling me back even though the 6am hunger is brutal. Did you dose morning right on waking or wait a bit, I wonder if timing it after coffee instead of with it would calm that restless feeling down.
- labrat_vik: The jitteriness fading after a week is good to hear, that kinda makes me want to push through the morning dosing a bit longer instead of bouncing back and forth. Did you notice any difference in recovery or just overall how you felt between the two timings, or was it mostly just the hunger and sleep stuff that stood out?
