KLOW vs GLOW vs Wolverine, is anyone actually running these as written or are we all just freestyling

For what it is worth, I have been looking at the KLOW stack page and the GLOW one and the Wolverine one and they all overlap like mad. GLOW is GHK-Cu plus BPC plus TB. KLOW just slaps KPV on top. Wolverine drops the GHK-Cu. So really is KLOW just GLOW with extra steps or does the KPV actually earn its keep?

I ran something close to the GLOW dosing for about 5 weeks earlier this year for a nagging ankle thing. Seemed to help with the swelling but I could not tell you if the GHK-Cu was doing anything for my skin or if that was just me drinking more water and sleeping better because I was finally not limping around like a eejit.

The dosing on these stack pages is fairly vague though. GHK-Cu 200mcg daily, BPC 500mcg daily, TB 2.5mg twice a week. Is anyone actually sticking to that exactly or are ye all messing with it? And does adding KPV to make it KLOW actually change anything meaningful or is it just more money for the same result?

Fair play to anyone who has run both and can compare. I am mostly curious whether the KPV is worth the extra hassle or if Wolverine alone gets you 90 percent of the way there.
