Diclofenac topical gel while running BPC-157, does the NSAID effect blunt healing?

So I've been using Voltaren gel on my shoulder when it flares up, usually after training days. Just 1% diclofenac, maybe 3-4 times a day on bad days. Anecdotally it takes the edge off pretty well and I like that it stays local instead of messing with my stomach like oral NSAIDs would.
But I'm also running BPC-157 subQ for the same shoulder and now I'm second-guessing myself. The whole point of BPC is promoting tendon healing, and if diclofenac is suppressing prostaglandins locally right at the joint, could that interfere with what the peptide is trying to do? I know oral NSAIDs get flagged for potentially slowing soft tissue healing, but topical is supposed to be mostly local with minimal systemic spillover. Still, the local tissue concentration at the shoulder is probably meaningful.
Has anyone here run topical diclofenac alongside BPC-157 or TB-500 and felt like it slowed their recovery down? Or noticed no difference at all? I'm trying to figure out if I should drop the Voltaren on injection days or just not worry about it. Anecdotally my shoulder feels about the same either way but I'm only a few weeks in so hard to tell.
