BPC-157 and bleeding risk, anyone on blood thinners or with clotting concerns run it?

I've been running BPC-157 on and off for shoulder stuff for a few months. Anecdotally it's been fine for me, no weird bruising or anything. But I keep seeing people mention that BPC-157 might affect clotting pathways somehow, and I don't fully understand where that concern comes from.

I had a student's parent ask me about peptides recently (not gonna give advice there, told them to talk to their doc) but it got me thinking. If someone is already on something like Eliquis or aspirin daily, is BPC-157 something that could compound bleeding risk? Or is that more theoretical than real?

I haven't seen much actual discussion of this beyond people repeating "it might affect coagulation" without explaining how. Anecdotally I haven't had issues but I'm also not on any blood thinners so that doesn't tell us much.

Anyone here run BPC-157 while on anticoagulants or with a known clotting disorder? Did your doctor flag it? Did you notice anything off with bruising or healing times? Trying to figure out if this is a real contraindication or just internet lore that got passed around enough people stopped questioning it.
