N-Acetyl Semax Amidate vs regular Semax, my focus notes

I’ve been experimenting with intranasal nootropics for a few months now and wanted to share what I’ve noticed between regular Semax and the N‑Acetyl Semax Amidate version. I started with plain Semax at about 300 mcg twice a day, morning and early afternoon. I felt a quick lift in attention within 20 minutes, but it tended to fade after a couple of hours and sometimes left me a bit irritable if I took it too late.

Switching to the N‑Acetyl Semax Amidate at a similar dose gave me a smoother, longer‑lasting sense of mental clarity that lasted through my study sessions without the crash. I didn’t notice any extra nasal irritation beyond what I already got from the spray bottle. Anecdotally, stacking a low dose of N‑Acetyl Selank Amidate in the evening helped take the edge off any overstimulation from the Semax analog and improved my mood the next day.

Just my own experience, but if you’re looking for something with a bit more staying power the amidate version might be worth a try. Always start low and see how you react.
