GHK-Cu subQ injection site reactions, does IM make more sense for tendon work?

So i've been running GHK-Cu for about 3 weeks now targeting a stubborn rotator cuff thing that wont fully settle even with physio. Started subQ in the deltoid area near the injury site cos that seemed logical right. To be fair the first week was fine but then the injection site reactions got pretty annoying, redness, slight lump, mild sting that lingers for ages. Not painful per se but just... There.

Read some mixed things about whether subQ vs IM actually matters for GHK-Cu for getting it closer to the tissue you're trying to heal. Some people swear IM near the injury is better for tendons, others say subQ is fine cos it goes systemic anyway and the local delivery thing is overstated.

For me the shoulder feels maybe 20-30% better but honestly cant tell if thats the GHK-Cu, the physio, or just time. Could be placebo at this point leh.

Anyone here switched from subQ to IM for GHK-Cu and noticed a real difference in site reactions or healing speed? Also wondering if the copper itself is what's causing the local irritation cos i've never had site issues with BPC or TB.
