Dihexa at 10mg vs 20mg, anyone noticed a real difference in learning speed?

So I've been fixin' to try Dihexa for a while now. The whole synaptogenesis angle is fascinating to me, honestly. New synaptic connections, HGF/c-Met pathway, all that. Sounds great on paper.
But I'm hung up on dosing. The info I've seen says 10 to 20 mg daily or every other day. That's a pretty wide range. For folks who've actually run it, did you feel a meaningful difference between the low and high end?
I tried Adamax a while back and even at low doses I got headaches if I pushed it. So I'm a little cautious about jumping in at 20mg of something with a 12-hour half-life and not much long-term data behind it.
Honestly the "10 million times more potent than BDNF" claim kinda spooks me too. Like, that sounds impressive but what does it actually mean for a regular person trying to learn faster or remember more? Could just be marketing spin for all I know.
If you've run Dihexa solo, not in some giant stack, I'd love to hear what you noticed. Did it feel like clearer thinking or just stimulation? Any sleep issues at the higher dose?
Talk to your doctor before messing with this stuff btw, especially if you're on anything that affects mood or sleep.
