Larazotide moving beyond celiac into broader gut permeability research, anyone tracking this?

I've been following larazotide acetate (/peptides/larazotide) for a while. Originally developed for celiac, works as a zonulin antagonist to keep tight junctions closed. The interesting shift lately is researchers looking at it for general intestinal permeability, not just celiac.
That's a bigger deal than it sounds. Anecdotally, oral BPC-157 helped me a LOT with gut stuff over the past year, and I've wondered how much of that was tight junction related versus just mucosal healing. Larazotide targets the junction piece directly, which is a completely different mechanism.
No systemic absorption, just local GI action, which I actually like. Fewer off-target concerns. 5 to 1 mg three times daily before meals, which is kind of a hassle but makes sense given it acts locally. My question is whether anyone here has tried larazotide for non-celiac gut issues.
