Oral BPC-157 for gut healing alongside injectable for a shoulder tendon – any overlap or just separate?

I’ve been dealing with a nagging shoulder tendon issue that’s been slow to respond to PT alone, so I started a low-dose injectable BPC-157 regimen (250 mcg twice a week) based on what I’ve read. At the same time I’ve been having some mild gut discomfort after meals and thought I’d try oral BPC-157 (500 mcg once daily) to see if it helps the lining. For me the gut feeling seemed to settle a bit after a week, but I can’t tell if that’s the peptide or just eating cleaner.
The shoulder hasn’t gotten worse, but I haven’t noticed a clear speed‑up in recovery either. Has anyone tried stacking oral and injectable BPC-157 for different purposes? Did you feel like they worked on separate systems or did you notice any interaction, good or bad?
Just curious if it’s worth keeping both or if I should pick one and see how it goes. Appreciate any honest anecdotes.
