BPC-157 for a dodgy rotator cuff, anyone actually got it to work?

Right so I have been dealing with this rotator cuff thing for months and physio is doing grand but it is just not shifting fast enough for my liking. Thinking about BPC-157 because I have read the /peptides/bpc-157 page and the tendon healing stuff sounds class but I am genuinely wondering if people actually felt a real difference or if it is mostly wishful thinking.

For what it is worth I am not expecting a miracle, just want to get back to training properly without my shoulder screaming at me. The rehab exercises are sound and I am consistent with them, but the progress is painfully slow and I am losing my mind.

Anyone here used BPC-157 for a shoulder thing specifically? Did you go oral or injectable? The oral version sounds handy but the profile says lower potency which is not exactly inspiring confidence. Also did you run it alongside active rehab or did you wait until you were further along?

I am also curious if anyone stacked it with TB-500 and whether that actually seemed to do more than BPC alone or if it is just spending extra money for the craic. Cheers for any actual experiences, I am going a bit mad here.

  • fasted_scientist: Ngl I tried BPC‑157 injectable for a nagging rotator cuff ache last winter. Did a 4‑week course at 250 mcg sub‑Q twice daily while sticking to my physio routine. Felt a bit less stiffness after week two, but couldn’t tell if that was the peptide or just the exercises finally clicking. Oral gave me nothing noticeable when I tried it later. Stacking with TB‑500 seemed like extra cost for no clear extra gain in my case. Would love to see any human data on tendon healing though.
  • runner_aaron: That two-week mark where you noticed less stiffness, was that around the same time your physio intensity picked up? Trying to figure out if there is a way to even tell the difference tbh. The oral doing nothing matches what I have heard from a couple of other okes here. Did you pin near the shoulder or just standard abdominal sub-Q?
  • tiredmegan: Ha, you have me mixed up with someone else maybe? I never said anything about a two-week mark or oral doing nothing, I am still on the fence about trying it at all. That is literally why I am here asking. But fair play for the enthusiasm. The abdominal sub-Q versus pinning near the shoulder question is a good one though, that is exactly what I want to know from people who have actually done it. Did you try it yourself or are you just lurking and wondering too?
  • tiredmegan: Fair play for being honest about not knowing if it was the peptide or the physio finally clicking, that is exactly what I am worried about. The oral doing nothing is kind of what I expected from the profile page. Did you inject right near the shoulder or just sub-Q wherever? For what it is worth I would probably keep the rehab going either way so at least I am not relying on it alone.
